Hi everyone,

i'm trying to download Kontakt Factory Library 2.

The process is very, very slow, and continuously stops. I followed every instruction from NI Support, but no solution.

Already read other topics, but didn't found how to solve

My internet access, firewall etc... are ok.

Any help?

Thanks!

You could try testing using a VPN to see if it appear to be a server side issue or not.

    Thanks PoorFellow.

I tried both: with and without.

    Still unsolved

Since you appear to be on Windows , then the only thing that I could possibly suggest would be a diagnostic boot where you start only the bare necessities like Windows and NI stuff (including NTKDaemon and other) and then see if that helps. On computers sometimes the issue is other things intercepting that we really do not connect with the problem. Like e.g. a game client running that we think have no influence or something else !

Also , if wanting to test something it could be important that you remove old files related to the problem from both download and installation/Content folder.

Also if Native Access has entered a state of being screwed up then there is no reset button for that and me not being privy to the internals and functionality of N.A. then it is very difficult for me to know all the places where things need to be deleted if there is a problem and you need to reset. I am also referring here to the fact that sometimes Native Access needs to be removed and re-installed to solve a problem but then that is sometimes not enough because there are still left overs of what N.A. tried to install prior hidden somewhere and then removing and reinstalling Native Access itself is really not enough !

Otherwise I can only suggest asking N.I. Native Access and Installation Support !
