Nostalgia is not more listed in Native Access.

Hello,

since I updated Native Access, my Nostalgia is not more listed and Kontakt 5 won't load it too and I have no idea why. I can't say which version from NI Access is it now, what I have on my pc. Before the icon was white with a black NI and now it's a black one with white NI letters.

Since it has been seen before that updating N.A. has been giving Kontak 5 problems and while people may have had a semi fix for their problem then my immediate advice still is to contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support and let them deal with it !

If you want to then you could try the following Trouble shooter here : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and offending product XML)(Kontakt 5 & Nostalgia if there) then restart computer and log in again to see if that helps.

Also I moved your post to N.A. sub and removed the post from you related to that !

Strangely I don't have any xml files in Native Access, Kontakt 5 and Nostalgia. I only found one in the old Native Service Center folder a ProductHints.xml file.

Most likely you have updated from N.A. 1

But trying to troubleshoot this will take some work especially because of problems there have been in the past when upgrading from N.A. 1 to N.A. 2. And also with Kontakt 5 being Legacy software now I think (might even require turning on show Legacy ib N.A. 2) . But I find it hard to keep up with what is a bug in N.A. and what is because of something being Legacy.

I don't mind trying to assist you further but my immediate advice still is to contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support and let them deal with it !
