Download failed error message

When I'm in Native Access, I go to download all my software for my new Mac Mini that is running Sonoma and it keeps saying download failed. What do I do now?

What version of Native Access are you using? Usually when you get an error message in Native Access you also get a link to an article from our knowledge base, would it be this one? Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)
