When opening Kontakt 7 i says to run Demo-Buy-Activate

I bought kontakt 7 and been using it since some months without any problem until today, i was using ableton and clicked on a library from K7 and that message appeared to use the Demo-Buy or Activate, i clicked on activate and it opened the native instruments window and noticed that there are some libraries missing and some are still to Install even thought i have installed them long before. I still cannot use kontakt 7 because i still shows the same thing

Anyone had the same problem or knows the solutuion and cause?

I found the solution after some research. I had to go to C:/program files/common files/Native instruments/service center and delete the NativeAccess.xml file

What's your operating system? Can you load the same library in Kontakt in standalone? How does the library show in Native Access? If you click on the NI logo of the Kontakt window does it show the same version as the standalone one?
