Kontakt 7 & Komplete Kontrol crash, Mac & Garageband

When I try to use NI plugins with Garageband, my Mac crashes with the following messages.

This doesn't happen with other plugins!

What is the solution ?

    Can you open Kontakt 7 and Komplete Kontrol in standalone? Is everything functional there?

    Do Kontakt, Komplete Kontrol and GarageBand have full disk access? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

    Also have you checked this when opening Kontakt and Komplete Kontrol for the first time?

    Loading KOMPLETE KONTROL in GarageBand for the First Time

    1. Load the KOMPLETE KONTROL plug-in on a Software Instrument Track.
    2. Note: read this article to learn how to load a NI plug-in in GarageBand.
    3. If GarageBand prompts you to lower your security settings, click Lower Security Settings to proceed.

    Good evening, yesterday I spent the whole morning with Garageband Apple support. We found out where the problem comes from. This is Kontakt 7. All other installed plugins work perfectly (AAS, East West, Rhapsody). But as soon as I try to activate Kontakt 7 this is the message that appears. Do you have the solution

    Are you using a Kontrol MK3 keyboard also? There is a known problem with Logic Pro.. and perhaps this is related to the same issue.

    I don't use a Kontrol keyboard when composing and the problem occurs even though no device is connected to my computer.

    Hi Jeremy, I don't use MainStage.

    And the problem is the same when I try to open Komplete Kontrol.

    @Claude MISS My bad! So what version of GargeBand are you using?

    So Kontakt doesn't even open in standalone, what about Komplete Kontrol?

    Please carry out these steps first: Kontakt Crashes and KOMPLETE KONTROL Crashes

    Delete this cache file from:

    Macintosh HD > Users > *Username* > Library > Caches > AudioUnitCache > com.apple.audiounits.cache

    No, Kontakt 7 and Komplete Control doesn't even open in standalone.

    And unfortunately, I didn't find Kontakt and Komplete Control Crashes because I didn't find the Caches file (see the join pict) ! Perhaps is it the problem ?... 🤔

    Ok, so if Kontakt and Komplete Kontrol crash on standalone, you really need to reset the database.

    What you are showing is the local library, the files to delete are in the user library, please check this section of the article more carefully (you can have it in french on the website):

    1. Hold down the alt key on your computer's keyboard and click Go in the Finder menu bar. Choose the appearing Library entry in the drop-down menu.

    2. Navigate to Application Support > Native Instruments.
    3. Depending on the Kontakt version you are using, delete the following folder:
