Native Access not showing library, Mac , Logic

Hello

My native access is saying that my serial number is being added but then not showing up in as an option to download. My second issue is that kontakt seems to be registering on my DAW as downloaded, and then freezing my logic session saying that the library is not downloaded. It also keeps saying that my download path is wrong.

Computer ? Mac ! , OS version ??? , Version of Native Access , Komplete Kontrol used ?

Standard things to check when on Mac (especially : ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access !!! ) :
