Opaline Drift : Last Sunset Project

I am new to Maschine. One of the first expansion packs I am playing around with is "Opaline Drift" and I noticed that when I load the "Last Sunset" project that is included Scene's have been created but they have not loaded into a song like the other projects.

Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

I don't think you're doing anything wrong. Mine is also like that. It's the only project that doesn't have a "song" created for that expansion.
