    Hi, thanks for the reply.
I tried installing NA 3.8.1 but it doesn't see a lot of instruments. I have about 90 instruments and it sees 12, however there is no sign of Kontakt 7 (it was in my standard komplete 14 but NA doesn't seem to recognize it).
I also followed the other suggestions but I don't have any corrupt XML files, in my service center folder there is only a pal.db file, I added the nativeaccess.xml that you sent me but nothing happened. I tried to delete the NI folder from the shared folder and everything remains as before.

Sorry to learn that what was suggested didn't fix the issue.

Between the version 3.8.1 and the various fix attempt suggested earlier then that usually takes care of the bulk of that type of issues. As written earlier then the only thing to do then is to contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support

I received the response to my ticket which basically suggested the same things that were recommended to me here. The strange thing is that this morning, after two days of failed attempts and restarts, I opened NA without having done anything and everything was back to normal. All I feel is the fear that it could happen again. Thanks anyway for the support

The problem is that none of this, with respect to reasons, is see through by people like you and I. And in cases where N.I. am able to fix problems by updating the server side code then of course they will do that as both that will potentially fix the problem for many users at the same time while maybe also preventing the problem from ever occurring on the computer of those that have not had N.I. opened in between 🤔 .
