You need to check the capability of your graphics card on your machine and ensure it supports OpenGL 2.1 or higher.
This is a standard graphics API that is supported by almost all modern cards.
To check yours - simply search the Internet for “ how do I check my OpenGL version”

This is usually graphics related.

Hi,
Thank you for the response. I'm confused what you're telling me I should do. Are you telling me I need to change the graphics system that the application is using? How would I do that? I'm not an expert when it comes to a lot of computer-related terminology, so you would have to explain this to me more fully for me to understand. Thank you.
