does anyone have this problem

installing a brand new S88 mark 3 keyboard and when it gets to the stage where it says update firm ware the update installer just keeps saying could not update s88 please power recycle and try again for the whole thing to happen again, iv tried all the recommended tips like signing in as a guest and followed all the steps on the site but still no joy. most greatfull for any help.
