Reinstalling Native Access, starting from scratch?
I was going through a process of deleting Kontakt 6 this morning, and then ran into problems running updates/instals with Native Access 2.
'Could not create new file or truncate existing file'
The paths are set correctly on file management.
Just thinking I may need to set up everything from scratch. Is there an uninstaller for Native Access?
Thank-you

I just needed to give the NTKDaemon full permissions. Seems to working fine now. Many thanks.

There's no simple uninstaller for the software on a Mac. This article explains how to uninstall everything though - How to Uninstall Native Instruments Software from a Mac Computer – Native Instruments (native-instruments.com)

Thank-you, I’ll look at this. I’m assuming that once complete, Native Access will be reset to defaults?

As far as I'm aware yes, @Jeremy_NI can probably confirm as he's more of a Mac person. I dabble with Macs but I use Windows PCs more

Not sure if deleting/reinstalling Native Access will fix it but it's worth a try.
What are your installation paths in Native Access? Can you share a screenshot?
Also one of the 1st things to check is if Native Access has full disk access, as well as the NTK Daemon: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
