Metronome in GR7?

I feel like I am missing something major here but here goes...

So the Metronome:

  1. Is it possible to stop/start this when I need to? Right now - if I click on that icon - it's instantly ticking away whether I want it or not. With no obvious way to get it to stop? Is Mute as good as it gets?
  2. What is the deal with the BPM? For the life of me I cannot set a specific BPM - like 80.00. I see the tiny arrows to the right of the BPM digits and according to another post I am supposed to be able to "scroll up and down" to set what I want (presumably with the mouse wheel?) - but no amount of hovering and scrolling does anything here. As soon as I make any attempt to "scroll" the BPM goes to 120 and stays there.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

    1. Well, yes you can either mute it or turn the Metronome off.
    2. To change the BPM you need to click on the tempo, eg 85.00 and move the mouse up or down, keeping the mouse clicked.
