Switching from PC to Mac Studio. I've downloaded native access and all my products. Only a few plugins like eq and compression show up in luna. Konkat and my instruments do not show up. Can anybody help me with this?

It looks like you're in the insert effects section of the Luna interface. You need to be creating an instrument track as in this picture. You should then see all the NI instruments in the "Inst" section.
I created an instrument track and tried to insert konkat or the instruments but they do not show up as an option
What do you see in the "Instrument" list when you create the instrument track, or in the "Instrument" list when you click the + when you mouse over this button?
What I see is the picture I sent you. Neither Konkat or instruments are an option to insert on the instrument track
The picture you sent isn't where you select an instrument, it's where you add an effects plugin which is why you're seeing the effects listed. You most likely clicked on the + in the "Inserts" section.
You select the instrument either when you create the instrument track, or by clicking the button highlighted if you want to change it after you've added the track.
