reinstalling Komplete Audio 6 MK1, missing hardware serial

Hello everybody,

I would need to reinstall software and drivers for my old and good KA6mk1 on a new pc. In order to download them from NI website using Native Access, I need to provide my hardware serial but I cannot find the original package and certificates I've bought more than ten years ago. I've just the sole machine in my hands.

Below the device there's only a label including just a 15 digits serial that is not a valid one for the Native Access software that needs a 25 digits one.

So where can I get my hardware serial? On the other hand is there any other source for software download I can access without the serial?

Can anybody please help me?

If you have registered the device at N.I. earlier and lost access to the account then it's a lost account issue ! : "I Have No Access to My User Account "

If you didn't register it and only got the hardware serial then it same procedure as if you bought second hand and need to have the serial registered to your account but can not get the seller to transfer as seller should ! : Buying or Selling a Native Instruments Product Second-Hand

In any case then you need to contact N.I. Account Support and have them help you ! (please include serial number and/or picture of device bottom with same) and receipt if you have !
