Can please help me troubleshoot why Hardware Connection Service fails to install?

I am trying to set up my Kontrol S49 MK3. I can't get Hardware Connection Service to install without a failure. I have followed all the steps and still it will not install. Any help or advice would be appreciated. I am running MacOS 11.7.10 on a MacBookPro laptop[.
