Problems with fx knob on kontrol s3

Hello,

I've got a problem with my traktor kontrol s3.

The fx knob of the desk b work like a on/off button but I can control it with the fx knob of the deck d in a normal manner.

I think there is a problem of midi or something like that but I cant fix the problem.

Could you help me please.

after discussion with my supplier it seems that it is a hardware problem.

My S3 went to after-sales service for repairs.
