spare parts traktor control s3

Where can I buy the replacement pitch for my Traktor Control S3? I need to change it and I can't find spare parts anywhere.

    As far as I know NI does not sell spare parts other than basic stuff like knob caps or power plugs, so support will probably only offer for you to send them the HW to get it fixed which tends to be quite expensive if it's not under warranty.

    Since you are asking for a replacement part I assume you are good with a soldering iron, if that's the case there are 3rd party people out there selling parts, for example: https://www.ebay.com/itm/225732819218 or just google around for the fader specs and order one from any electronics online store.

    2 weeks ago I've got the same problem. I opened a support ticket and got my repaired S3 yesterday back with the post. As it was under warranty, the whole process has been free of charge for me.

    Tempo-Fader seems to be susceptible. How old is your S3?
