After the auto update other expansions and kontakt are seen as not installed & not showing up on maschine. full disk access is granted under macs preferences, screenshots attached.

Giving full disk access to only two of the N.I. apps is not sufficient you are supposed to grant full disk access to anything N.I.
Quote : "after the auto update" ,when ? , what version of Native Access are you using ? If using V 3.9.0 then try upgrading to latest version , if that doesn't work either then try downgrading to NATIVE ACCESS 3.8.0 to see if that makes any difference !
Else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access
