S2 MK3 - Mixer FX: How many (of the four) simultaneously?

New to Traktor Kontrol S2 MK3 and have a question:

The manual seems to indicate that you can have more than one (of the four) Mixer FXs activated at the same time (e.g. flanger + delay) but I can only active at a time. Can anyone confirm this behaviour?

I think it's multiple on different decks, but only one per deck.

At least I have never seen multiple on a single deck.

Using the S2 only, you can have 1 of 4 Mixer FX (which can be FILTER, if you select it in Preferences). The way the buttons on the controller are configured, they set one Mixer FX for decks A and B both at the same time.
