How do I do a factory reset for Maschine Studio

Hi

The left hand screen isn’t loading properly on my Maschine Studio.

a) is there way to do a factory reset?

b) if not (or in case that doesn’t work) where in the UK can I get a repair?

    If a screen is malfunctioning it's most probably a hardware defect, the ultimate test is to try it on another computer. If issue is the same, then it's a hardware default and you should get in touch with our hardware service: https://bit.ly/NI_support_Hardware

    There's no factory reset on the Maschine controllers as far as I'm aware. Your best bet is to put in a support ticket and see what their advice is.
