I can't even download Kontakt with Native Access

I can't download or repair any version of kontakt since I got new Native Access. Same issue if I try the old versions on the new mac (when this started). It says download failed on Native Access, but can download and repair most other instruments. No new versions of any relevant software available. Half my instruments had to be repaired. I could only fix about 70% of them. (Download failed or invalid path).

Logic now can't scan any audio units because I tried to select regular kontakt and do a full audio unit reset. Now Kontakt, Kontakt 5, and Kontakt 7 are "not yet validated." I own kontakt 6 and am assuming it is the regular "Kontakt."

Yes. I’ve followed a lot of threads and google searches so things like these have been done.

do you guys know of someone I could pay to fix this issue in lieu of the barely extant support from the company itself (don’t worry I’m waiting on email replies from them as well).

im trying to ask though some of the vst companies that use kontakt too.

@SAD Regarding Native Access, have you followed these steps? Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)

If not, please get in touch with our installation specialists here: https://bit.ly/NI_support_NA and my colleagues will get back to you. It seems you haven't submitted a request yet through our dedicated support section.

Regarding Kontakt 5 and 6, these products are discontinued and not officially supported on more recent operating systems. More importantly, if you want to use these older plug-ins to open older projects made on an Intel mac, you would need to run your DAW in Rosetta mode: How to Open Your DAW Using Rosetta

Also make sure to give full disk access to all your NI apps as well as Logic and your other DAWs: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

    Hello!

I went through that one. I think new macs with M2 don’t have the private relay thing and it’s not anywhere in the settings that I can find.

I have sent three emails over the past week. I’m using the address advertised under contact us that’s actually a jpeg so there’s an extra step between the customer and contacting support. info@native-instruments.co.uk

again. Everything has full disk access. It sounds like I have to buy kontakt 7 to move forward but I won’t be able to download it.

Hey @SAD The email you have used is not a valid one. There is a dedicated support section on our website:

I've already linked the link to the correct typeform, so please use it and my colleagues will get back to you.

i found private relay. I don't have it on because I don't pay for icloud.

I cannot understate how upset I am with this company.

I have been trying all the recommended channels including that one. I even sent a request through support for purchases. I've gotten responses from that email before. I don't know why it's provided if it's going to be ignored.

I've been non-operational for like 4 days. Anyone else have ideas while I wait on them to get back to me?

There have been issues with the V.3.9.0 of Native Access.

Have you tried installing latest version of Native Access for your OS , then double check that ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon still have full disk access !

then log out of Native Access

then delete everything in download destination folder and then reset the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

    then re-boot computer

then log in to Native Access to see if that fixed your problem !
