solution on safari/mac

go to safari top left next to apple

settings community native instruments.com

enable or disable content blockers

allows you to purchase if you have this problem

you can revert back after buying from site

the website is fine, maybe you try another Internet browser or clear the cache of your browser, that sometimes helps with problems on websites.

Have you tried what I said? It can be the case that other websites work fine but that one not. I tried right now and for me the website works just fine. Also disable VPN if you use one. If you own a cellphone you can try the website there too. And some countries may have restrictions.

yes tried everything

i went onto ikmultimedia and ordered an item no problem

cleared caches

tried differnt computers,phones x2 new webbrowsers and still cannot purchase anything

Wow that's strangey I have an active ad blocker, but I don't know if this is similar to safaris content blocker, I don't own a mac - but nice you figured out
