S4 mk3 output issue

Hi,,

I need help..

was rehearsing last night and all of a sudden, with no warning I have lost all master output…

there is signal in the individual channels but nothing in the master output..

its the weirdest thing.. working fine,, quick 5 min break, come back to the rehearsal space and now this…

pre amp blown maybe? Although I haven’t a clue how this could have happened…

i have tried to upload a video but I can’t…

I can send it via email if anyone thinks they can help…
