On my komplete kontrol s49 mk2 I can't preview sounds

    Install the previews from Native Access. They should appear like this in your list of products to install

    For what libraries / presets?

    Have you checked your preview volume slider level (bottom left of window)?

    If these are Native Instrument instruments, did you install the "Previews" item in Native Access?
