I have changed internet provider from Aussiebroadband to Optus & i can not sign into my account

I have been very sick for awhile now 2 years & i havent used my accounts since then & i have 2 native instrument accounts , i can sign into my main account but i can not sign into my other account as i have changed internet provider , as i purchased Traktor Pro 3 using this account & i have all the sign in info my email address but it is saying my password is wrong & it wants to send me a reset password link but i dont have that email account any more ,,, What can i do
