How can I get my serial number for my Komplete classics bought in 2009?
Hi! I purchased a Komplete classics in 2009 and I have had the SW on a PC that got stolen recently. I have all CDs and original documentation, even the receipt for the purchase. But, when I try to install the SW it asks for the serial number and I can't find it. Does anyone know what I should do?

As suggested by Ojustaboo then if you have previously registered the product using a N.I. account then you should be able to see any serials connected with your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , listed as Registered Products.
If you have already registered the serial in Native Access using another account that you have no longer access to then you will have to ask N.I. support to help you ! Check this article ! "I Have No Access to My User Account "
Else , what is shown on your pictures is a boxed product which I believe must have been delivered either with a serial in the box or with a serial given to you in an mail or another form of writing ! If you have lost the paper with the serial and if you have not registered the product prior then you might try asking seller who ever that is though I suspect that they will not be able to help if the serial were included in the box!
Of course it is possible that NI support can somehow help you if you are the original buyer and still hold the receipt , I can not say because I do not work for support and I do not know the exact rules for a situation like yours, but you can use the link above to contact support if you need to . All matters of account and registration is handled exclusively by NI support !

If you go to their main page, click on the little head to the left of the shopping basket at the top right of the screen, then select “My products and serials”
Serial should be listed there.

Thanks for the extensive answer. I don’t think I registered my Komplete back in 2009. I am the original purchaser and owner and have the receipt.

In all my old "Komplete" physical (disk based) versions - the serial was on an old school white rectangular sticker - on the inside front (or back) cover of the paper insert that came with Komplete.
I remember distinctly trying to locate these more than once in the distant past - but if you have all the original paper deliverables - make sure to check all inside front and back covers for stickers - maybe even consider disassembling the DVD case and checking it's inserts to be sure.
I believe they were using 25-digit (5 block) numerical serials back then.
I just checked my acct out - still have my Komplete 2 AND the Komplete Care serial listed from 2004-2006.
As I suspected - they are 25-digit (5 Block) serials.

Thanks for trying to help me. 😊 It is clear I have kost the serial number. I have read the installation manual and yes a 5-block serial number should be used. I have looked everywhere and it is gone.☹️
