    Yes. My M2 Studio Ultra has three monitors. I tried to ‘break’ it but couldn’t. The macOS 14.5 general release dropped yesterday and K 7.10.2 a couple days before

    There are still issues with certain controllers and ProTools, Adobe Acrobat Pro and some other apps but Kontakt 7 and Sonoma now work as advertised. Whew!

    Hey all, the new Sonoma 14.5 update should be available to everyone now. It's been confirmed by many users already that updating to 14.5 fixed the kernel panics issues, so please update your MacOs and let us know if that fixed it for you.

    I downloaded the new Mac OS 14.5 beta and tried to open Kontakt 7.10.2 both as a stand-alone application and within MOTU DP11 v11.31+95233. It crashes upon trying to open.

    macOS 14.5 is no longer beta. Make sure your installed version is 23F79 — see my screen shot. Go into System Settings/General/Software Update to verify your version and update if one is available (it dropped Tuesday and Apple sometimes takes a week to notify but if you check, it should be there). There is no current Developer or Public beta available — all will install the current. If you do not have 23F79 installed and cannot see it, contact Apple and find out why—in most countries, you have access to free telephone support.

    I and others are having no problem with it and Kontakt 7.10.2. I am concerned that the stand-alone is crashing as that has never been a problem for any of us.

    There are many threads over at motunation.com where I and others will be glad to discuss this.

    @Rich Bitting As @MHalloran said. We also had one case where there was a need to apply these steps: Kontakt Crashes (reset the database).
