First of all, you need the full version of Reaktor, Player wont load user ensembles.

Assuming you have the full version, the easiest way is to download to some folder of your choice (any folder... in downloads, or on desktop, or on an SD card, or where ever else you like), then if it's an archive, unzip/unpack the archive. Now you should have a .ens, or .ins file in some folder that you created, or chose as a download target. Now there are various ways to load that ensemble or instrument.

In windows (Mac has equivalents for all these)

navigate to the downloaded and unzipped file, and just double click it, that should open Reaktor with that ensemble loaded.

Or you can drag the file from an explorer (finder) window and drop it into Reaktor - then follow any dialogs that pop up.

Or select load from the file menu in Reaktor, then navigate to where ever you downloaded and unzipped the file, choose the .ens (or .ins) and open it.

It is possible to set things up so that you can use the built in Reaktor Browser, but it's much easier just to use your OS browsing facilities.
