Issue opening Plugin Window

Hello - I am having an issue opening the window for a specific plugin (Helix Native). I am able to open plugins by double clicking on them in the program or by holding shift and button 3. This works for everything EXCEPT for Helix Native. I have tried creating new projects, clearing and then re adding the plugin but nothing seems to work. Helix Native is active and affecting the sound but I just can't make any edits or create new presets.

I am able to open Helix Native in Ableton and Logic so it seems to just be an issue in Maschine.

What am I missing? Any tips on how to get this plugin to open?

This was it! After giving maschine and native access full disk access and restarting I can now open the Helix Native plugin window.

On the Product page search box is no answer for Helix Native. Is it a part of Kontakt or a Maschine plugin?

Hey tonucass, I wasn't able to reproduce the issue, can you open the window when clicking on that arrow ?

What is your OS ? What model is your computer ? Is it an Intel one or a M1 ? Do you use multiple monitors ?

Helix Native is a 3rd party plugin.

Thanks! I’ll give the arrow a try. I’m using a M1 Mac mini with one monitor attached. The plugin did open at one point but it seems to have randomly stopped.

You should also make sure to give full disk access to the Maschine software:
