Mikro Mk3 pads no sound or tactile response

Mikro Mk3 Pads 1/3&4 do not work when pressed in any mode. All pads lit. Any ideas? Thanks!

@JD Pearl What's your operating system? IS that happening in Maschine in standalone, in your DAW? Which DAW?

If you open Controller Editor and set the controller to default by choosing EDIT -> New, is it still the same?

If nothing helped here, try the Mikro MK3 on another computer, if the behaviour is the same, we can assume it's a hardware default, then you'd need to get in touch with our Hardware Department: https://bit.ly/NI_support_Hardware
