Vowel Morph Pad rotary controls Link is broken

The link between the Vowel Morph Pad rotary controls on the Settings page are not connected to the X-Y pad on the main page.

I can control the rotary controls with CC's and they respond perfectly but the X-Y pad does not respond.

What product are you referring to? I assume the Jacob Collier instrument? Could you develop a little bit so we can understand what the exact issue is? Where is this happening? In Kontakt in standalone? In a DAW? Both? Which DAW? Can you explain the "XY pad does not respond" part? Do you mean nothing happens when you play with the XY with the mouse, or that it doesn't get recorded?
