Komplete not downloading instruments and library

Hi there, 

I bought Komplete 11 some years ago, I think in 2017 and I've always been using it fine.

I had to reformat my iMac and therefore I've lost all my previous sounds on my computer, so I was trying to reinstall Komplete from scratch, but it doesn't allow me to do it...

I've managed to install native Instruments, but when I try and download all the different sounds and instruments it doesn't actually download them.

I've tried everything I found on the web... deactivated my Antivirus, tried connecting to another Wi-Fi, gave access to full disk and literally everything, but still it wouldn't let me download anything!!! 

My OS version is Ventura 13.6.4 3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5

and my Komplete is 11 (2016)

Could you please help me in any way? what can I do?

Do I need an update? of which sort?

I can only offer you the most basic of trouble shooting advice which I suggest that you check thoroughly .

It is very important that you are logged into your Mac as an administrator and that you grant full disk access to all NI apps including NTKDaemon (yes I saw that you wrote but double check) and that disks used has the right format. Also , of course you must have enough both temp space to download and enough space at content drive ! And if you have Private Relay in your OS turned on then disable that also !
