Hello,

Just trying to install the bundle that I've bought on the image line site.

I'm a fl studio user on a 2010 high Sierra OS X Mac Book pro.

Before buying I've seen that the NI bundle was globally compatible with osx, whiteout spécification of version.

So i searche a older version of Native Accès who doesn't installed some features because the location of library wasn't automatically found.

So i doensn' find the right repertory, I can't install, and search a solution

Can somebody helping me please

Hey @the louis I've checked Image Line's website and it's true this is a bit misleading. I've reported it, hopefully they can put something more information on display. Our Komplete bundle and current products only support MacOS 11, 12 and 13.

You can find versions of most of these products and their installers on our MacOs compatibility chart: Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS

You can also find older versions of Native Access: Native Access Legacy Installers for Older Operating Systems

Native Access 1 will end soon, so if you're going to stay on this 10.13 system, it's going to get complicated and not functional at some point in the future. If you think this is too much of a hassle I would suggest asking for a refund explaining to them that the specifications were misleading.
