Cannot open kontakt

after using the player for quite some time i purchased the full kontakt 7 version yesterday and installed the 39 gig load as i slept, woke up, restarted my pc but i cannot open it, it either glitches out and flashes something briefly or just opens my old kontckt player, the free one. i have no idea whats going on

What is your computer type ? PC ? , PC specifications ? : CPU model ? , RAM amount ? GPU model ? OS ? Windows ? version ? Version of Kontakt player used prior ? Version of Native Access ?

sorry for not responding, its been a week, this problem was solved but others quickly arose. i believe i fixed this by removing the player from my daw, it had created multiple routes with the same name and was choosing the player over the full version
