I have over time upgraded my Komplete to 14 Collectors.
I am constantly seeing on the store prices for products I supposedly own.
For example, Arquis or Sequis, or Spotlight series (East Asia, Bali, Middle East, India) which all form part of either Ultimate or Collectors. Also a lot of the Symphony Series, Electric Mint, Omni expansions like Glaze, Rudiments, Feel It. In the store it will state that I can purchase full versions of these instruments, or I will get weird things like upgrade or cross-grade pricing for Factory Library (which I did upgrade over a year ago) or Spotlight Ireland (which I purchased a few weeks ago).
Does this mean the system doesnt reflect what I own in the store? What happens if I buy something I already own - why wouldn't NI stop this from happening by stating I already own something? Or are the version in Komplete only part versions? If this is true, shouldn't they be upgrades for say full Symphony Series library rather than stating I need to purchase the whole instrument.
I have asked this question of support a number of times but never get a full or accurate answer, just half replies. I don't understand why a company that produces such amazing software can't provide accurate information about something as simple as what you own (and what it included in the things you own forming part of Komplete, if they are not full version)
Thanks
