Are there any tickets open about this issue? Previous version was working fine.

Both standalone and plugin are crashing.

Already submitted a ticket but not sure if this is on the radar?

Yes, the app has full disk access and did all the troubleshooting. Even reinstalled it.

Kontakt 6 is opening, so I guess I will use that for now.

    Everyone,

    Support replied to my inquiry and assisted with further instructions. I did a manual uninstallation and a fresh install with a provided link.

    Kontakt 7 works now.

    What system are you running, OS etc... what troubleshooting steps have you already taken?

    At this point, I would say make sure you've rebooted your system before proceeding any further.

    MacOS Ventura 13.6.4

    Studio One Profesional 6.5.2

    Mac Mini M2 Pro

    16GB RAM 512 GB SSD

    Kontakt 7.8.1

    Followed all troubleshooting in the support page "Kontakt Crashes"

    Including the full disk access, reinitializing the Kontakt Database, deleting user preferences, and deactivating user data tracking.

    Out of curiosity what type of monitor are you using?

    I'm experiencing a similar problem, the bass keys stop working after a few seconds.
