Native Access takes 10 minutes to launch every time

Hi, I could not find any other posts with the same issue.

I am running Native Access on a Windows 11 PC with all Windows software & drivers up-to-date. Native Access tells me I am running NA 2 build 3.8.1 (862876e / 1.15.2.0). I have downloaded and reinstalled three or four times.

When launch NI, nothing happens at all for abouy 4 minutes. Task manager shows 4 or 5 instances running with minimal CPU Activity.

Sometimes (but not always), I then get a dialogue box askin me to login with Native ID.

Other times I get a small black square box, which says something like "Application is ready".

Either way, it sits for another 5-8 minutes with a slowly rotating circle.

Eventually NI starts - maybe 10 minutes after double clicling on the icon to launch NI. From that point, everything works as normal. This happens every time. Re-downloading and reinstalling has so far made no difference.

Any suggestions?
