Hey guys, I want to automate the Mod Wheel in Kontakt without using a physical wheel but can't figure out how to do it.

I read the Kontakt 7 manual but all I saw was this:

And here's what's showing up in my DAW:

No MIDI CC #1. I can't figure it out... 🤔

Any help is appreciated!

I think you're looking at the automation parameters, not the MIDI controllers. You need to send CC#1 as a MIDI message. In Cubase I'd add it as a controller lane in the MIDI editor, what DAW are you using ?

The mod wheel is CC #1, CC #2 is breath controller. Pitch bend is not a standard MIDI message.

Of course, that totally worked! Thank you for pointing that out.

I'm on Mixcraft 10 and knew the Mod Wheel control was in the MIDI editor but completely forgot about that, lol.

    Thanks again for the help!
