Komplete Kontrol rescanning ALL plugins on every launch (OSX Monterrey)

Using Monterrey 12.7.3 and Komplete Kontrol 3.1.2
I just got a Kontrol S61 mk3 and retired my mk2. Loaded native access, registered, and it downloaded and installed the hardware connector software.
Every time I launch Komplete Kontrol, it spends an hour rescanning every single plug. KK does have full disk access enabled.
Anyone else having this issue?
