    For better visibility yes. It is usual thing on DJ gear that 30s to track end LEDs start blinking slowly in white and 15s quickly in red. I'm surprised that NI doesn't implement this feature. Maybe because want to be different from others? Who knows.

    Whatever the design philosophy of Traktor, something is blinking: stripe in S4 screen and stripe in GUI. You can vary the number of seconds left when it starts.

    OK, I think that is good to have visual feedback other than on small screen.

    It's standard on DJ gear to blinking slowly 30s in white and 15s fast in red before end of the track.

    Mind you, this is still a beta. It's stable, but the Remix/Stem channel controls of the previous beta version is still in development (working, but not quite there yet). Track end warning now also blinks jogwheel LED. It's only single stage, but you can set the track end range in seconds in Preferences. TT and JOG buttons will also blink, which sadly can't be avoided. I can adjust the frequency of the blink, which is now once every 500ms. I've not yet put in a custom toggle to make the blinking optional. Happy to hear your feedback.

    Another variant (blinking red, not so jarring as black).

    This has a few new things (i'll make a description later). Blinking now optional, toggle it by using SHIFT + MixerFX-Button 3.

    Overview of all recent beta changes (1 to 4 included)

    Update for Version 9 Beta 4 (WiP):

    New Stem Controls:

    • SHIFT+STEM will let you switch between FX and Stem controls. This is just a provisionary toggle i plan to refine.
    • FX Knobs control Stem channel Volume/Filter as Superknobs: Turn left to control Volume, turn right to control High-Pass Filter.
    • FX Buttons control Stem channel FX Send.
    • Soft takeover both for FX parameters and Stem parameters. FX button LED's will blink dimly if you have to turn the knob down to reach the software parameter. It will blink brightly if you have to turn the knob up.

    New Remix Controls:

    New Channel Controls:

    • Cue Monitor Isolation. When engaging Cue Monitor using the channel 🎧CUE button, all other channel's Cue Monitor will be disengaged. Multiple channels can still be selected by holding down SHIFT.

    So, what's stil in the works?

    • A more elegant toggle and LED feedback for stem/remix overlay.
    • Remix overlay when in PadMode.Remix while on the alternate deck.
    • Remix deck cell capture functionality.
