second hand Komplete Kontrol s61

I recently bought a second hand Komplete Kontrol S61, from a local charity shop. I am having trouble registering it, as the previous owner still has it in their name. there is no way to get in touch with them, as it was an annonymous donation/ I'm unsure what to do now.

can anyone help?

It's pretty straight forward actually. Just contact support, usually they will ask for a picture of the serial number on the bottom of the keyboard.
