CUE BUTTON sometimes doesn't work and traktor crashed twice.
the cue button sometimes doesn't work, it's not a problem with the console but with the traktor program, if I press the button with the mouse it still doesn't work. When the cue button is set at the beginning of a loop, in addition to not working, the track skips to the end point of the loop. In these cases if I press the corresponding cue point in the pad section the cue point works. Also, sometimes Traktor crashes completely without any messages coming through.
I tried updating Traktor, updating OS, writing to Native Instruments but nothing worked.

I have also observed this, but have not looked deeper into it.

About the crashes... Are you using a Mac with Apple Silicon? If that is the case, the Apple Silicon native versions of Traktor sometimes crash on those processors.

This may be a SNAP (to grid) and/or QUANT issue. Deactivate SNAP and try again. Same with QUANT.

Yeah, definetely, there is something wrong lately with pressing the cue button on an active cue-loop point.
Something like a bug i guess...

There is a setting somewhere that says the behavior of the CUP button is either ’instant’ or ‘on release’. Make sure it’s on ’instant’. Solved it for me.
