M32 problem enabling Midi key in Komplete Kontrol and Reaktor 6

Hello,
Got M32, installed everything (Native access, Komplete Kontrol, Reaktor 6 Player, Kontakt 7) and problems started, including playing sound in Reaper my DAW.

I know I should enable it and configure in Komplete Kontrol app first and Reaktor 6... So it's on and off, mostly off not working. In Komplete Kontrol app in preferences in MIDI Input when I try to check box next to M32 MIDI it does not let me and on keyboard display shows "Busy... See software".

Audio is set to: WASAPI (shared mode) and RME babyface - correctly. However in Reaper DAW I can only set Audio to: Directsound and RME babyface which is correct and worked just fine. There is option for WASAPI but then I can not choode RME Babyface. ASIO drivers are uninstalled because in RME interfaces direct drivers are best so it works fine with Directsound option in DAW. But... there is no such option in Komplete Kontrol app and Reaktor 6. They have either ASIO or WASAPI so I set them to WASAPI and see under it RME Babyface and that seem to work until i open them again.

Now once it let me check box next to M32 MIDI Input and Output in Komplete Kontrol app. That started to work and sound in Reaper came back. Then I closed down Komplete Kontrol app and after few minutes opened it and the whole problem began again. It forgot last settings and I couldnt check the boxes on Input and Output. It takes long time like 10 minutes or more and then sometimes I can check the boxes again.

In Reaktor 6 app standalone it doesn't let me swich MIDI settings to ON next to M32 MIDI and RME Babyface - all are set to off even when in Komplete Kontrol app it works.

So sometimes it works sometimes it forgets and in Reaktor 6 app standalone its off all the time.
Any ideas what to do?

Also after restarting Reaper itself M32 is not working, and just before closing it it was working fine. So either restart of DAW Reaper or Komplete Kontol app makes it unusable for longer time. Reaper sees it in MIDI devices as connected but it doesnt play until I can check boxes in Komplete Kontrol app which takes I dont know 15 minutes or longer or hard to say when its possible.
