Suspicious new posts made by bots?

I can't see any reason to make posts for such matters...

I can, and that's why I did so. Previously I had simply been flagging posts, but yesterday after flagging one post, I tried to flag another and was restricted by some presumably new system, telling me that I couldn't do anything for another ten minutes.

Maybe some spammers who are also hackers hacked and changed the system?

This is strange, never happened to me this "wait 10 minutes", even 1-2 weeks ago with the massive spam, i might flagged over 50 posts without a problem

Get use to it, that is the world moving forward and it's been happening for a while already. Other thing is some actual real people sound like bots in their posts, likely because they use these services to find answers. If you know a bit about how AI works, pretty easy to pick fakes but 98% of the public never knows and just blindly accepts what they read/see. This is literally a point in history where we will regret what we have created.....
