Hello, I have exactly the same issue, a brand new S61 MK3, I haven't managed to play and enjoy, but already stuck on the firmware update "Something went wrong, Please re-run the update on your computer".
This happened after the first try of an update that was running for a long time and failed.
Is there any guide or way to reset this device and start again?
I did an update from my Macbook Pro M2, I still can see the device but with firmware version 0.0.1, it tries to update it, but fails after 20 sec.
Just in case of question: The keyboard is connected to the Macbook via USB-C, but i also have an additional power adapter 100W connected to the keyboard, so this si not a problem of power i guess.
