Just noticed something odd, it happens both in my daw and stand alone Kontakt 7.

I've tried it on a few things, so far they all do it.

If I have a knob to turn something on and off, if I turn it very slowly, the S88 doesn't show what's actually happening.

I've included a short youtube vid to show what I mean,

If I very slowly turn the FX knob on my S88, the PC FX checkbox changes the microsecond that I hear the actual effect is turned on, but the S88 still shows it as off and I have to turn it further until it turns on.

Likewise, if I very slowly turn it off, the PC FX box is unticked the microsecond I hear the effect is turned off but the S88 still shows it as on.

It happens on other on / off knobs in other instruments too.

If I try the same instruments in Komplete Kontrol instead of Kontakt 7, they work as I would expect with the s88 changing the exact microsecond that both the sound changes and the checkbox is changed on the PC

I presume this is happening to everyone? Want to check it's not something odd with my PC before I report a bug.

Ignore the sound, that's my dogs

I get the same here - under Kontakt the switch type controls seem to be a bit out of sync. It'd be nice if you could just tap the control to toggle the switch rather than turn it.

Thanks, I've submitted a bug report (well a support ticket where I've told them there's a bug)

Been chatting to support over this, they’ve tried to reproduce the problem their end, but can’t.

    I suggested they try

Damage (01 LP Epic Tech (EI 01) A0 LoTom) as the LoFi does it, Distort does it, Comp does it, Delay does it and Reverb does it.

It’s much more noticeable on Damage.

    Today they said

    Thanks for the info.

We are not currently able to reproduce this. Nonetheless, I have passed along your feedback to our developers to further investigate. I have attached all the information you have provided for them to review.

Unfortunately, we cannot leave this ticket open as there is nothing more Customer Support can do to resolve this issue.
