Komplete 14 Standard Upgade disappeared from account, locked serial key

Recently I got Komplete 14 Select with Upgrade to Standard, everything was fine until yesterday I've noticed that half of my libraries disappeared. I've checked on the website and my upgrade to Standard version is just not there. I've tried to re-enter my key but Native Access showed an error message that the serial key is locked for some reason. I've submitted two tickets to support (Yesterday and today) but I didn't get any autoresponder emails. I have no idea what else to do

    @Reski I believe my colleagues got back to you. It looks like you need to contact Sweetwater about this.
