Why have you abandoned iZotope Users?

NI is still charging my iZotope account monthly but will not give access to my iZotope account, my iZotope software is disabled and there is no means of contact, no support at all. There is a word for this and its not good. What has NI done to the iZotope community?

I just checked my iZotope account and had no issues logging in. What exact issues are you having with your account?

Have you tried resetting your password? Have you noticed that it now uses a native-instruments.com domain for the login page so your browser may be remembering the wrong password?
