It's finally fixed with Kontakt 8. My Kontakt 7 has been broken for ages, What a relief!
So your graphics card should be fine but you could run dxdiag or try to make a new install of dx drivers but that are all just guesses, you could also try to create another user with admin privileges and start the programs there. But best is here to contact support, they have a tool you have to run and upload a file to native they can analyze then. But they are very busy at the moment so it may take a while them to answer.
