Problem with Traktor Pro 3

Hello. I just bought a Traktor Kontrol S3 and registered it on my Native Access account. It should include a Traktor Pro 3 application. But I got only Traktor DJ 2 on my e-mail. Can you tell me where is the problem?? I want to add that I already have one Traktor Pro 3 but I was reading that it is possible to have a few licences on one account. Now there is visible only that old.

If you have Traktor Pro 3 already, then presumably that appears in Native Access?

I wouldn't expect it to be listed twice, if it's the same software.

This just means you can sell your old gear, or old traktor license and still have one from the s3.

I'm not sure what you are expecting.

I think I understand now. On site with my serial numbers I see only S3 (without note that it`s involved with Traktor Pro 3) and started to wonder what is wrong. But it can be in that way what you`ve written. Thanks for your posts.
